Responsibilities

  • Conduct health assessments and accurate analysis to provide customers with advice on achieving optimal health
  • Establish and maintain good customer relations with customers
  • Responsible for adhering to SOPs to ensure that smooth operations at the experience centre
  • Maintain high level of hygiene at the consultation area includes the counters, equipment and displays at all time
  • Conduct nutrition presentation / sharing session / talk
  • Manage booking system and online
  • Attend to distributors enquiries (walk-in, telephone, helpdesk)

 

Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma in food and nutrition
  • At least 2 years’ relevant experience
  • High level of initiative and passion to work
  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with customers
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Pleasant personality and customer-oriented
