Responsibilities:
• Plan, develop and drive the Go-to-Market plan for Beauty and Personal Care
• Conceptualise and execute on marketing campaigns, product life cycle and commercial innovation for launches
• Analyse consumer trends, market research on competitors, market best practices to build successful strategies and define target audience
• Create analytics data and extract key insight for future campaign development and go to market strategies, complete with formal proposals and recommendations
• Set and monitor sales forecast to actual sales and stock level for the monthly promotion include preparing of various sales reports and presentation slides
• Provide direction to Communication to implement and ensuring the alignment of communication and messaging of new product content
• Plan and execute product events/ rallies with expert speakers to enhance ABOs’ experience, knowledge and selling skills on Artistry products
• Plan and organize Artistry Beauty Experience program.
• Handle feedback/complaints
• Plan and propose for promotion premium, packaging and folders.
Requirements:-
- Min. bachelor’s degree in marketing/business with min 5 years of marketing experience/related beauty experience
- Good working knowledge/experience of brand/marketing principles
- Effectively bilingual (English & Mandarin) to support ABO/APC
