What’s special about this team:


In this role, you will be a member of the Insights and Analytics team.  Working together, this team provides insights and analysis regarding ABO behavioral data that is tied to the Grow Loyal Buyers and Build Young Leader growth initiatives. 


This is a key role for the organization that will focus on digital assets and social media, and if you enjoy working together with cross-functional teams to provide insights directly to leaders, that can influence corporate strategies and direction, this will be a meaningful role to consider.  In addition, this role will provide you an excellent opportunity to learn new tools and techniques for data analysis.


How you would contribute to the role:

In this role, you will be asked to work with Big Data, and to do so will be given full access to the Adobe Analytics suite of tools. You will combine that data along with other transactional and Global Warehouse data to get ahead of any questions, even before they’re asked. You will be working with large-volume data sets on a frequent basis.


You will also be expected to be tuned in to the digital industry and stay up to date on emerging trends in this space.  You’ll also be instrumental in looking at how our ABOs are utilizing our digital properties and applications.  You will conduct funnel analysis of purchasing behavior. You will work alongside business partners in Digital Marketing and IT to look at how we set up measurements for our digital Web and Marketing activities.  You will help share best practices across markets and regions as you analyze and identify effective programs.


What skills and background will be important to be successful:

  • Ability to understand data and interpretation of trends, with a background in Social Media and/or Digital Marketing preferred.
  • Ability to learn how to analyze and interpret Big Data.
  • Experience working with SQL is preferred.
  • Experience with the Adobe Analytics and Tableau is preferred, but not required.
  • Experience in tagging for data collection is a plus
  • BS/BA in Business, Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, Information Technology, or Marketing, or similar discipline
