If you would love to be part of a global company that “helps people live better lives” through health, wellness and beauty products, this is a special role to tap your video expertise!  On this dynamic team, you will be part of the creative arm of the content marketing group.  This is a storytelling organization, that is focused on content marketing, as well as brand marketing and helping our senior executives connect with media, prospective talent, and the more than one million independent business owners around the world.  This team works with other creatives, the employee and executive communications team, public relations team and senior executives to deliver fresh ideas that will fuel and evolve the brand.  You will be part of team that brings creative ideas to life through social and video on both the small- and big=screen. How you would contribute to the role: 

Are you a storyteller who can capture an audience’s attention with the original videos you create? Amway is seeking a talented video content creator to develop engaging and authentic multi-media content for our employee and executive communications team, public relations team and senior executives. The ideal candidate will possess proven editorial skills and a reel of highly viewed authentic stories, created for digital and/or social channels. You’ll be responsible for executing visual stories from initial development through final delivery and publication. You’ll also collaborate with internal and external production teams, as well as produce end-to-end videos on your own. 

Working with a talented internal creative team and an extraordinary range of global partners, you will use your knowledge of what resonates with young people today to “raise the bar” on creative output for all Amway internal and executive communications.  This is a special role that will offer the opportunity to develop “best in class” content, visible around the world. 


What skills and background will be important to be successful:

  • Minimum six years’ in content development and video production with understanding of lighting, camera angles, set design, propping, art directing and framing of subjects.
  • Background in video storytelling required, ability to recognize a good story that attracts consumers, ability to see audio-visual opportunities as they reveal themselves.
  • Demonstrated experience with video created or edited for use on popular social channels such as Instagram, LinkedIn and/or employee intranet.
  • Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite: Must have expert knowledge on After Effects, Adobe Premiere; Working knowledge of Audition, Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Lightroom or similar software.
  • Ability to synthesize large amounts of information into easily understood messages.
  • Experience working alongside art directors, copywriters, photographers, videographers, executives.
  • Strong background in creative design, visual communication, with an eye for excellence.
  • Talent to “think outside the box” and consistently seek other creative, best practices and applications for video offering fresh ideas, that will fuel new opportunities.
  • Ability to influence others with tact and diplomacy.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Visual Communications, Design, or a related discipline.
