What’s special about this team:

The Digital Solutions Team in North America, is a regional team that has focus on all Digital functions for the Americas Region (16 countries, including United States, Canada, Columbia, Brazil, and Mexico).  This team has oversight for all digital, web, email, mobile, apps and digital platforms that will ensure the best possible experience for our Amway Independent Business Owners (IBO’s).   The primary focus of this new position is Customer Relationship Management (CRM).  This is a creative, energized team, working with a digital strategy to capitalize on the digital experience and help our IBO’s build a successful business.   


How you would contribute to the role:

If you are seeking a role that can offer impact, and demonstrate your talent in the CRM space, check out this opportunity!   This new position, has been created for someone who wants to lead strategy and execution around CRM, working with sixteen countries, and a variety of language and communication channels, to promote the Amway opportunity.   Working closely with Marketing strategy and plans, you will be responsible to build and maintain the strategy for a multi-channel CRM plan, and execute that plan across the region in support of IBO activation and retention objectives.  You will also act as a liaison for CRM activities at a global level and will help support the global platform.  Your work will be focused on business wide customer analytics and behavioral reporting, including building customer segmentation models, defining demographics and consumer behaviors, and refinement of multi-channel touchpoints with focus on our email channels.  Your background in CRM and knowledge of industry best practices, will offer optimization of product recommendations, and cross category sales, to help our IBO’s build and sustain sales goals.  Your talent in CRM will be demonstrated by providing thought leadership around technology and innovation that will have impact on the business.    


What skills and background will be important to be successful:

  • Minimum 5 – 7 years in a digital marketing environment, with a background in CRM
  • Proficiency with social and digital technology using Oracle / Siebel / Eloqua, Salesforce, Marketo, or IBM
  • Strong understanding of Customer Relationship Marketing and campaign management principles, practices, and technology
  • Background in basic setup and development of a corporate level CRM program and campaigns
  • Demonstrated analytical ability, with the talent to interpret analytics to optimize CRM campaigns
  • Talent to communicate across cultures, with the ability to influence stakeholders
  • Strong organization and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple, complex projects
  • Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Marketing, Communications, Digital or a related field
