What’s special about this team:


The Sales Forecasting and Analysis team provides Forecasts and Analysis for our product portfolio.  This collaborative team partners across the organization (with Finance, Marketing, Sales, Affiliate Marketing, and the Supply Chain Organization) to provide accurate forecasts, and gather and interpret data which will be meaningful for key decisions.  If you would enjoy providing insights directly to leaders, that can influence corporate strategies and direction, this will be a meaningful role to consider.  Sales Forecasting & Analysis is part of the broader, newly formed division that will include the Forecasting, Marketing, Digital and R&D functional areas along with the Grow Loyal Buyers Initiative team


How you would contribute to the role:


You will support our beauty business line items, and will provide forecasts and analysis for product launches, product promotions and looking at overall market trends.  You will build relationships with Affiliate partners, and work together on analytical insights and business trends.  Working together with these teams, you will promote best practices for product launches and promotions.  You will also contribute on a regular basis to the Monthly Business Line Report.  Your ability to create concise, effective messages that convey forecasts in easily understood terms, with an ability to influence decision making will be highly valued.  There is potential for international travel to be involved to help gain an understanding of the different markets.   


 What skills and background will be important to be successful:


  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in a role in a role requiring understanding of data and interpretation of trends
  • Experience with a global organization, with a demonstrated ability to build trusted and effective relationships
  • Understanding of economic principles – supply, demand, and pricing
  • Prior Supply Chain exposure is a plus
  • Curiosity, that has you seeking answers to key questions
  • Experience delivering insights for clients, reporting messages in clear ways
  • Quantitative analysis skills, with the ability to research and synthesize information into meaningful interpretations
  • Ability to prioritize and manage deliverables with competing deadlines
  • BS degree in Math, Statistics, Business, Economics, Supply Chain or related field
