This individual will be part of our ABO Business Management team and will be responsible for leading advancements in digital capabilities and analytics, supporting our ABOs at each step of their Amway journey.

ABO Business Management team in Global Sales is responsible for leading advancements in ABO business management digital capabilities as well as Account Manager tools and analytics, supporting ABOs at each step of their Amway journey. This team works in partnership with our Technology organizations as well as our markets to execute against important priorities within A70 strategy. The work this team delivers is at the very heartbeat of our Enterprise, supporting A70 by enabling effective ABO business management as well as Account Manager’s work with ABO leaders.  If you are seeking a role on a team that has global impact that inspires others to attain new goals, this is a perfect fit!

 

What’s special about this role:

 

This is a unique role, focused on leading the design and requirements definition of ABO digital business management tools that provide ABOs insights to help them build profitable and sustainable businesses. In this role you will work with global markets and other teams in Global Sales on identifying the key capabilities and analytics needs and priorities. You will lead change management efforts, working with other Global Sales teams and outside vendors on developing communication materials and training resources, driving adoption of new capabilities. Your skills in project management and cross-functional team leadership, strategic and analytical thinking and influencing abilities will bring new capabilities to our global markets.  This is a rewarding role for someone who would enjoy leading advancement of new capabilities that offer impact to the business, helping to energize our strategic plans and inspire growth. 

 

Required qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 years’ experience in General or International Business, Sales, or Marketing
  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical abilities; visionary while detail-oriented enough to drive execution of specific deliverables
  • Confident presenting and leading groups through workshop and collaborative brainstorming activities
  • BS degree in Business or a related discipline

 

Skills to be successful in the role:

  • Strong problem-solving ability and dealing with ambiguity
  • Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills with ability to prioritize multiple/competing projects and assignments
  • Talent to collaborate with internal partners and external vendors to bring projects forward to completion
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
