Internship Job Title:  Software Development - Creators ABO & Customer Engagement

NOTE: Internship is for Summer of 2023

You must be enrolled in a Bachelor's, Master's or PHD Degree program at the time of the internship. This role is also not eligible for continued sponsorship.

What is special about this team: This is a newly formed area that has teams focused on creating a next generation mobile platform and community experience to support our Amway Business Owners (ABOs) and Customers across the world.  These are new teams that are passoniate about creating a sustainable engineering culture and creating great products for our ABOs

How would an intern contribute to the team’s success: This position will contribute directly to the Creators content components and products that will be powering a new native experience and web utilities targeted for all of our ABOs and Customers across the globe for engaging social communities and programs.

An example of a typical project is: You’ll have the opportunity to partner with a team and work through the entire lifecycle of experimenting with new products and features for our ABOs and Customers.  This might be creating an enhancement to some of the shared content, content libraries, or social media templates they use on a daily basis to enable our ABOs and Customers to create and experience engaging social communities and programs.     

What skills and background will be important to be successful in this internship?

Desired Skills: Computer Science major preferred. Proven ability to learn new technologies and work collectively as a team. Strong analytical and communications skills.  Native development experience or interest preferred.

Desired Prospective Degree: Bachelors or Masters in Computer Science or related field.
