Salary Ranges (per year, plus annual bonus):     

  • Michigan (and all other states besides CA and NY): $83,666.35- $ 108,274.10
  • California: $90,288.70- $116,844.20
  • New York: $95,419.30- $123,483.80

Location:                            Ada, MI or Remote from MI, CA, WA, CO, IL, TX, FL, NY, NJ, NC, DC, GA

 

What do we need:

We are looking for a Product Manager with technical experience who can assist the current Connected Durables team build a technically sound companion app to our durables product, Atmosphere Sky, Atmosphere Mini and eSpring.

The connected durables team is a highly functioning team that partners with I &S, Product Development and Marketing to create a world-class IOT-connected devices and product experiences for our customers and ABOs.

 

What’s special about this role:

In this role, you will be responsible for leading the technical requirements and user stories for our Healthy Home app, the latest companion app for our air treatment systems and water purifier.  You will be working with stakeholders both at Corporate and in the markets to deliver go-to-market strategies, work with customers and ABOs on research studies and assist in setting the strategy, goals and objectives for the current IOT programs. 

 

You will play a key role in helping build our IOT infrastructure, processes, and our IOT vision for the future.

 

Required qualifications:

  • 2 years technical experience
  • 3+ years progressive experiences in IT designing, developing, and launching business systems to support core organization functions and business processes.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline required.
  • Experience with User Centered Design practices in delivery of customer facing web sites and apps.

 

Skills to be successful in the role:

  • Ability to partner with customers to define and map business processes and business technology needs.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience working in a cross functional agile teams.
