What do we need:

 We’re looking for a strategic and creative content & social media expert to join the Global Content Marketing Team at Amway and lead content plans for a global supplement and vitamin brand. This role will lead global content strategies, social strategies, content productions, go-to-market planning, performance reporting, channel management, and more, across social and digital channels.

This dynamic seven-person team, leads global marketing social media and content, working with talented, cross-functional teams across the global marketing division.  In this global role, you will have a robust opportunity to put your content marketing skills to use, showcasing your ability to create and lead nutrition content marketing campaigns around the world.  Your talent with content and social media marketing will lead and guide Amway’s global supplement and vitamin brand, Nutrilite*.

What’s special about this role:

In this role, you will develop and lead global strategies and content campaigns to support Amway’s Nutrilite brand. Via content and social media strategies, this role plays a crucial role in driving brand awareness and interest, education for product users, and building credibility through compelling content across social and digital channels. This role will lead content strategies for Nutrilite global product launches, brand-building efforts, health and wellness storytelling, digestible scientific storytelling, and more.  You will use your content and social media expertise, creativity, and strategic thinking to shape Nutrilite’s go-to-market content and social campaigns across Instagram, Facebook YouTube, web, apps, and training channels.  Additionally, you will lead content strategies, social strategies, content productions, go-to-market planning, performance reporting, channel management, and more.  


This role will also require the ability to direct agencies, partner with internal creative support, and internal community management to produce high performing, globally adopted content. This diverse and visible role will highlight the full range of your content strategy, planning, and execution talents and will provide broad exposure to global colleagues and audiences in a fun, collaborative environment. 


 Required qualifications:

  • BS degree in Marketing, Communications, PR, Advertising, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 – 7 years experience and demonstrated experience leading content marketing social strategies across social and digital, including campaign creation and strategy, content production, leadership of agency partners, knowledge of overseeing social media community management
  • Background and understanding of best practices across social/digital mediums, with a strong understanding of trends and how to implement across various channels
  • Skilled in social management tools such as:  Sprinkler, Hootsuite, Sprout, etc.
  • Ability to adhere to a hybrid role and be onsite in Amway’s offices Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. Work from home is an option on Mondays and Fridays.


Skills to be successful in the role:

  • Demonstrated talent in oral and written communication skills, demonstrating interest and ability to work in a global environment
  • Experience with Workfront, and strong skills in Microsoft 365, including Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint and Excel
  • Analytical skills to both prepare and interpret analytical content that drives campaign success
  • Flexible team player, self-motivated, ability to be adaptable and work independently and as part of a team
  • Even as a non-managerial role, demonstrate leadership qualities such as initiative, proactivity, accountability, organization, preparedness, and the ability to influence others with trust, expertise, and rapport building.
