How you would contribute to the role:

As a Senior Program and Communications Specialist, you will lead large global programs and effectively communicate across teams and functions. You will gain valuable insights and experience as you support diverse communication and change leadership priorities across Global Sales.

 

This role will spotlight your leadership and program/project management skill sets, as you collaborate with internal and external partners to develop, execute, and evaluate program strategies. You will be a strong partner to our global affiliates, bringing programs to life by creating meaningful communication and change management assets to support ABO growth.

 

Required qualifications:

  • BS/BA degree required
  • Five years’ experience in Program Management, Project Management, or Communications

 

Skills to be successful in the role:

  • Proven leadership of global, cross-functional projects or programs
  • Superior communication and negotiation skills, with a passion for building collaborative, trusted partnerships
  • Experience and knowledge of risk management and change management principles, methodologies and tools
  • Agency/ vendor management experience including vendor selection, SOW and program brief development; proven ability to direct/inspire agency performance
