The Global Programs team provides cross-functional leadership to drive the design, development, and execution of large, globally integrated strategy programs for the Global Sales organization. Amway is the leading direct selling company in the world, and this team’s work is central to the success of our business model. As a Senior Sales Plan Specialist, you will lead large global programs with responsibility for achieving milestones and effectively communicating across teams. You will gain valuable ABO insights and experience as you support the diverse communication and change leadership priorities across Global Sales. How you would contribute to the role:

Your work will support Global Sales priorities and initiatives that are aligned with our A70 vision and our Continuous Acceleration Plan (CAP). This role will spotlight your leadership and program/project management skill sets, as you collaborate with internal and external partners to develop, execute, and evaluate program strategies. You will be a strong partner to our global affiliates, bringing programs to life with the creation of meaningful communication and change management assets to support ABO growth.

 

Required qualifications:

  • BS/BA degree required
  • Five years’ experience in General or International Business, Project Management or Marketing

Skills to be successful in the role:

  • Proven leadership of global, cross-functional projects or programs
  • Superior communication and negotiation skills, with a passion for building collaborative, trusted partnerships
  • Experience and knowledge of risk management and change management principles, methodologies and tools
  • Agency/ vendor management experience including vendor selection, SOW and program brief development; proven ability to direct/inspire agency performance
  • Demonstrated business acumen with exposure to Amway’s sales plan and ABO interface desirable
