*Note: This position is a hybrid remote/office role, and you must be able to report in-person to Ada on Tuesdays and Wednesdays as part of our collaboration days* 

   

What do we need:  

The US benefits team is looking for a Senior Benefits Analyst who will join a collaborative team of Human Resource professionals whose workdrives the Benefits programs supporting our strong employment brand at Amway. If you are a benefits professional seeking broader exposure in the total rewards space, this may be the perfect opportunity! 

 

How you would contribute to the role: 
As a member of the US Benefits team, your role will involve being an expert in designing, implementing, and administering Amway's benefit programs. You will be responsible for leading important projects such as open enrollment, new benefit launches, and changes to existing offerings. Your expertise in managing vendors, healthcare, and financial plans will be highly valued in this role. You will collaborate with health and wellness vendors to design programs which provide value to both employees and the company while keeping costs in check. You will also provide analysis, recommendations, and compliance reporting. In addition, you will work closely with internal and external partners to support communication about plan design or benefit changes.  

 

In this role, you will consult and advise employees on benefit offerings that align with our total rewards strategies and help them achieve their personal goals. Your extensive knowledge of the benefits landscape will be critical in setting current and future strategies that strengthen our employment value proposition. You will play a key role in ensuring that employees have access to the tools, resources, education, and support they need to achieve their personal goals and maintain wellness.  

Your ability to manage change, influence stakeholders, and work collaboratively will be highly valued in this role. Required qualifications:  

  • Minimumsixyearsofexperience as a Benefits professional, with functional knowledge of benefits application in a corporate environment
  • BS degree in Human Resources, Labor Relations, or a related discipline

 

Skills to be successful in the role:

  • Experience leading benefit vendor partnerships, negotiations, contracts, data management, compliance and communications
  • Working knowledge of applicable benefit laws including: ACA, ERISA, ADAAA, leave management, etc.
  • Experience offering thought leadership around benefit practices
  • Interests in gaining exposure to the broader employee total rewards, wellness and recognition
  • Ability to develop and maintain effective and productive relationships with employees at all levels of the organization
  • CEBS certification preferred
