Salary Range:                       $97,843 - $126,621 per year plus an annual bonus

What We’re Looking For:

We are looking to add an experienced Product Manager to our growing Pricing Solutions pod. This role reports into the Connected Planning team within our Value Chain Technology department. You will act as a key point of contact for internal partners, leading the implementation of our Pricing Solution and co-creating with our Pricing (Finance) Business Partners while ensuring integration across our Connected Planning initiatives, and broader Technology strategy.

 

Your ability to work collaboratively will be valued in this role as you work broadly to synergize with other Value Chain pods such as Demand Planning, Supply Planning and OMS/IMS, across Technology, and across the broader organization in addition to outside vendors.

 

In the near term, you will lead the implementation of Anaplan as our Pricing Solution platform, and the decommissioning of our 2 existing platforms- working directly with our business partners and additional end users. You will be setting the product vision and roadmap for the team (pod), will lead the process for estimates and quotes in partnership with the Scrum Master, offer technical inputs and cost estimates that allow the pod to plan effectively, and will be responsible for ensuring that the outcomes delivered by the team are in line with our strategic goals and meet our users expectations.

 

This role will utilize your knowledge of the pricing domain, and the product manager principles to effectively guide pricing solutions to a successful implementation, backlog management and product roadmap.

 

Required qualifications:

  • Minimum 6 years’ experience with product management or 4 years’ experience with product management & 2+ years Pricing domain expertise
  • Experience managing implementations and influencing stakeholders
  • Demonstrated leadership of multi-disciplined, high-performance work teams/groups.
  • Strong understanding of technology language and use of application in business
  • BS degree in Business, Computer Science, Finance, or other similar fields

 

Skills to be successful in the role:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Knowledge of Anaplan, JDE, GCP helpful
  • Experience managing budgets, building timelines, and providing cost estimates desirable
  • Talent to collaborate with internal partners and external vendors to bring projects forward to completion
