 The ABO Empowerment team is focused on understanding the voice of our ABOs and developing programs and tools that equip and reward them for self-empowered success.  We identify and amplify the best practices of ABOs through storytelling that includes approaches, motivators, behaviors, anticipated results, and opportunities for scaling.

Your knowledge and expertise will be leveraged in the below responsibilities: 

  • Lead the development and implementation of Managers of Account Managers and Account Manager capability development 
  • Identify necessary skills to influence ABOs and achieve growth for the enterprise 
  • Develop global competency model and coordinating assessments 
  • Develop career pathing in partnership with HR and intentional development plans 
  • Manage learning and training for capability development 
  • Develop measurement framework and monitor for continuous improvements 

 

Required qualifications: 

  • Minimum 6 years of experience in Business, Sales, Marketing, or HR 
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as an Account Manager in an Affiliate/Market  

 

Skills to be successful in the role: 

  • Understanding of Direct Sales Industry, specifically MLM 
  • Independent, self- starter with the ability to navigate ambiguity, works well under pressure with tight deadlines, and can prioritize and drive deliverables with minimal supervision 
  • Demonstrates strong stakeholder management across global stakeholders, senior leadership, and with cross-functional partners. 
  • Experience in managing projects throughout the discovery phase of a concept to developing “frameworks and tools” to extend to global partners 
  • Familiarity with Human-centered design as an approach to problem-solving  
  • Demonstrated ability to identify and build collaborative partnerships 
  • Potential travel (10 to 20%) per year
