Job Title:                                              Sr. / Stratgegic Project Manager (Sales Integration)

Department / Division:                   ABO Empowerment – Sales Integration

Salary Range:                                    $88,982 - $115,153 per year, plus annual bonus

Location:                                             Ada, MI

*Note: This position is a hybrid remote/office role, and you must be able to report in-person to Ada, MI when required*

This role will collaborate with senior-level stakeholders, cross-functional and market partners to ensure go to market solution initiatives meet the business building needs of our ABOs.

 

Your knowledge and skills will be leveraged in the below responsibilities:

  • Manage Global Sales inputs to ensure solutions are business building platforms designed for ABO success
  • Design and sustain internal processes that embed ABO Leader practices (Mine, Bottle, Scale)
  • Create and provide tools that enable Global Sales team members to be influential with cross-functional partners and to represent the voice of the ABO
  • Create Global Sales cross-functional processes to deliver business building solutions
  • Implement a solution-based continuous improvement program
  • Ongoing monitoring and reporting of business building solutions to drive continuous improvement of process, proper application of business building tactics, and overall best practices

 

Required qualifications:

  • Minimum 6 years of experience in Business, Sales, Marketing, or Project Management
  • Minimum 3 years in the Direct Selling Industry

Skills to be successful in the role:

  • Project Management capabilities in developing, maintaining, and monitoring programs
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills, including presenting/facilitating virtually and in-person for meetings & workshops
  • Independent, self-starter with the ability to navigate ambiguity, works well under pressure with tight deadlines, and can prioritize and drive deliverables with minimal supervision
  • Demonstrates strong stakeholder management across global stakeholders, senior leadership, and with cross-functional partners.
  • Familiarity with Human-centered design as an approach to problem-solving
  • Understanding of continuous improvement methodologies
  • Flexible work schedule to accommodate global partners and or possible travel
