What we need:

We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage full life cycle recruiting for hourly and salaried roles in our North America operation.

The Talent Acquisition team provides a strong talent pipeline and delivers talent for job openings at Amway. We deliver this talent while providing the best possible experience for our candidates and hiring managers. We manage the hiring process from the initial strategy session, through the posting and interviews, all the way to offer negotiation and acceptance.

 

This is a small but high-performing team, our recruiters typically manage up to 20 open requisitions and project work. We enjoy a flexible work environment where you determine where you do your best work. This role reports to the Supervisor of Talent Acquisition, who will invest in your development and assist you in overcoming obstacles.

 

How you would contribute to the role:

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you’ll help Amway by setting recruiting strategies, sourcing talent, and identifying and assessing talent against business needs, while also developing strong client and HR partnerships. Taking that a step further, you would also demonstrate strong business acumen along with a genuine commitment to providing a pleasant candidate experience. 

 

For this role, you will manage the full cycle recruitment process for select business groups at Amway, partnering with business leaders to guide them on their hiring strategies and assess their talent. Your talent to manage competing deadlines while working with broad and diverse audiences will be relied upon every day. Leading Talent Acquisition projects that contribute to our ongoing success as a team will also be a critical part of the role. 

This key role will offer a wide variety of exposures, providing a platform for continued growth in recruitment, as well as a very cohesive team that executes recruiting strategies with velocity. Required qualifications:

 

  • Minimum 3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, either in a Corporate or Agency setting.
  • Experience working within an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Bachelor’s Degree

  • Ability to prioritize multiple requisitions and projects.
  • Excellent collaboration skills and customer service mindset.
  • High comfort level with digital tools and communication technology.
