What do we need: 

We are looking for an experienced Training and Development Specialist to assist with the implementation of our long-range global training strategies.

 

What’s special about this team: 

In the Global Sales Division, we will drive global strategies, programs, and governance to support our global business opportunity and support Amway Business Owners (ABOs) in their businesses.   

 

The ABO Activation and Engagement team is focused on understanding the voice of our ABOs and developing programs and tools that equip them for self-empowered success.  We will identify and amplify the best practices of ABOs through storytelling that includes approaches, motivators, behaviors, anticipated results, and opportunities for scaling.

Your knowledge and skills will be leveraged in the below responsibilities: 

  • Implementation of long-range strategies with our global training partners  
  • Ongoing monitoring of application to drive continuous improvement of tools, programs and content which will be an input to our long-range strategies 
  • Monitoring and maintaining the content strategy for our learning platforms  
  • Understanding and providing perspective on learning measurement and metrics relative to the learning industry 
  • Connector to our global markets to share best practices and consult on localization  

 

Required qualifications: 

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Training, Business, Sales, Marketing, or Communication with a desire to “love to learn”  
  • Instructional design understanding preferred to be able to consult with global training partners 
  • Bachelors Degree

 

Skills to be successful in the role: 

  • Understanding of Direct Sales Industry and/or selling strategies 
  • Project Management capabilities in developing, maintaining, and monitoring training programs 
  • Effective communication skills both in presenting/facilitating virtually and in-person for meetings & workshops 
  • Familiarity with Human-centered design as an approach to problem-solving  
  • Demonstrated ability to build collaborative partnerships 
  • Familiarity and/or willingness to learn about traditional & modern training methods, tools, and techniques 
  • Graphic Design skills are desired 
  • Understanding continuous improvement methodologies  
  • Flexible work schedule to accommodate our global partners
