What do we need:

We’re looking for a copywriter for our premium Artistry and Personal Care brands. In this role, you’ll be responsible for the creative look for all brand content, both in-house and agency partners. You will work with a team of associates, agencies and freelance creative resources to produce great creative work both internally and externally. A candidate with strong work in digital/social is a must.

Working collaboratively with marketing, packaging, creative, and agency partners, you will work in partnership with the Art Directors, to deliver compelling creative campaigns that invigorate our strong brand reputation and amazing product portfolio to new levels of success.

The work provides an opportunity to partner with Brand Marketing in assuring the creative content meets strategy and marketing goals for the brand. You will ensure the brand identity is aligned and cohesive across all customer touchpoints, internally and externally across the globe. Our efforts culminate in providing Amway Business Owners (ABOs) with communication tools that help fuel opportunities to engage customers and sell our products.

How you would contribute to the role:

In this role you will partner with internal and external creative talent, to both ideate and inspire new campaigns through your emotive writing skills. You will help create and execute campaigns, guiding creative copy, content, digital copy, proofing, editing, 360, and broadcast to digital, etc. Your ability to present your ideas to internal teams and affiliate partners will be key to your success. If you have the writing talent to connect this amazing major lifestyle brand in a way that brings campaign ideas to life, this role may be a perfect fit. If your portfolio of experiences includes big brand campaign experience, that touches consumers on the emotional/human side, we would love to have you share your talent to grow these brands.

 

Required qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years creating/writing and executing successful CPG brand campaigns
  • of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube) and how to execute creative trends on each, and stay aware of the ever-changing social platform creative updates
  • Strong background with social and digital, video, broadcast, print, etc.

 

Skills to be successful in the role:

  • Writing excellence, demonstrating experience with campaign ideas, headlines, body copy, digital copy, etc.
  • Background delivering materials with adherence to technical requirements, budget, schedule and production goals
  • Strong collaborator, who desires win/win partnerships
  • Talent to bring consistency and style standards within and across brands
  • Strong exposures with social/digital campaigns demonstrating success
  • This writer will flex into all areas including reviewing scripts, writing scripts for internal videos, headlines, long copy, creating social content partnered with the art directors, helping with standards, guidelines, proofing copy, etc.
