- Plan, manage, and control all construction and decoration works of new, relocation and renovation shop projects to support the Company’s policy and business strategies according to Marketing and Distribution standard.
- Manage and supervise the site selection and negotiation within budget and a timely manner.
- Manage, supervise, and control a team of shop set up and test run specialists to meet the image and operational standard and train shop staffs by role play before opening business.
- Establish and maintain preventive maintenance for shop equipment.
