Inventory Planning Assistant

Job responsibilities:

• Coordinate and communicate with Amway Thailand Shops/Call Center/Warehouse to address language barrier.

• Collaborate with Thailand Supply Chain Planning teams, based in Busan, South Korea, to ensure consistent supply to the shops.

• Participate in market S&OP process and understand overall launch and promotion plan in Thailand Market.

• Inventory management for Thailand locally sourced items that are used/sold in Amway Shops and Café:

- Utilize industry-standard supply chain planning tools to execute fulfillment activities to position inventory in the right quantity, at the right place, at the right time.

- Mitigate product availability interruptions caused by demand fluctuation or supply outages.

- Set plans and generate work orders for rework or kitting/assembly activities required in Amway distribution centers

Qualification Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, International Business, or a related field.

• At least 1-3 years of working experience and knowledge in Logistics, Planning, Warehouse management, and supply chain management would be an advantage

• Good command of both written and spoken English

• Computer literacy in MS Office (Excel, Words, PowerPoint)

• Strong negotiation skill and good coordinator and able to work well under pressure

• Responsible and service-minded, and detail-oriented.

• Good follow up and negotiation skills and problem-solving initiative
