Responsibilities include

  • Handling VOC, analyze complaint data received from all channels, monitor trends, and develop, accurate VOC reports with summaries of top issues.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, Business Quality Leads to filter, prioritize, investigate, and resolve top in-market quality issues and validated adverse events
  • Partner with Business Quality Leads to establish and communicate quality expectations within market and back to the US.
  • Proactively organize frequent updates to stakeholders on resolution of quality issues and recommendations to improve quality.
  • Maintain effective relationships & knowledge of assigned market responsibility.
  • Maintain proactive communication with local marketing, customer service and local suppliers on quality issues and corrective actions
  • Partner with SDQ or marketers to qualify and audit suppliers.
  • Provide local sourcing support and appropriate management of associated quality complaints and evaluate supplier performance.
  • Primary quality representative & contact between affiliate and corporate QA.
  • Empowered to resolve non-actionable product quality issues within market.
  • Establish and maintain communication with all suppliers. Leverage this relationship to improve quality and flow through the supply chain.
  • Partner with internal and corporate functions to build and protect Amway’s quality reputation within region.
  • Ensuring quality product by incoming inspection.
