  • Design, promote, and implement incentive programs to motivate ABOs and enhance sales.
  • Maintain an events calendar and establish a system for long-term planning and effective management of Amway’s meetings, conferences, and events.
  • Plan and manage budget forecasting for assigned project.
  • Negotiate agreements with vendors and contractors to ensure cost efficiency, high-quality service.
  • Create staff schedules and assign tasks to align with internal objectives.
  • Represent the organization and uphold service excellence in line with Amway’s brand values.
