Internship Job Title: Nutrition Solution/Program Marketing Support
Pay Range: $20.90 - $26.70 per hour (Undergrad) $25 - $39.71 per hour (Post-grad)
*NOTE: Internship is for Summer of 2023
*You must be enrolled in a Bachelor's, Master's or PHD Degree program at the time of the internship.
*This role is also not eligible for continued sponsorship.

How would an intern contribute to the team’s success:
Because we are a global direct selling company, people relationship is at the core of our business and central to our execution success. The intern will be provided a platform to practice and build an effective collaboration skills, interpersonal skills and influence ability. To support the Nutrition marketing team function in high level of integrity, the intern will support in components in strategic execution, from fact-findings, data mining, competitive brand/product/pricing analysis, capturing market trends & consumer insights in Amway’s lead markets (i.e., secondary research and support in primary market research); ideation/concept development and exposure to activities in each ITM project stage-gate etc., working with cross functional team (i.e., Brand Management, IMC, I&S, PM, Supply Chain & more). Extendedly, the passionate intern will be able take part in brand communication/social campaigns development, contributing in a supporting role in relevant Nutrition Programs/Solutions execution.
An example of a typical project is:
The interns will take an active role to supporting component of a project/campaign strategy or brief preparation, including data-gathering, competitive analysis, presenting findings, to support strategic workshop discussion to drive innovation or solutioning. The interns will also be given opportunity to lead in ad-hoc business continuity activities to support the business and affiliates request (i.e., competitive comparison, product formula & technology queries)

Desired Skills: Microsoft Suite, Project Management, Communication (both written and verbal), Stakeholder Management, Learning & Development (Training), Presentation/Facilitation
Desired Degree: Marketing, Communications, Business, Sales, Management, advantage for Nutrition Degree.
Passionate in Nutrition, Health & Wellness, Active-lifestyle is a plus!
