Main responsibilities:

  • Create, manage and execute the Marketing Goods category strategy in alignment with the business objectives
  • Identifying opportunities to reduce costs through standardization, consolidation and anticipation
  • Manage sourcing activities and make healthy agreements to ensure that customers get the right products at lowest possible TCO
  • Continuous improvement of processes to ensure streamlined and efficient way of working
  • Setting of clear objectives and monitor supplier performance
  • Ownership of self-development and training requirements
  • Ensure stakeholders needs are met and that they get provided suitable commercial guidance
  • Provide affiliate sourcing leads with strategic and operational input to support local initiatives and ensure alignment with Regional Category strategy
  • Develop Market Intelligence in collaboration with the applicable procurement channel to monitor market dynamics across APAC region.
  • Work closely with Global Procurement counterpart to ensure alignment with global procurement strategies
  • Improve data management to ensure compliance and cost saving opportunities identification and tracking.
