  • Responsible for the day-to-day effective and efficient operations of the shop
  • Constantly monitor company KPIs and implement plans to achieve sales target
  • Accountable for setting department KPIs and driving the team to achieve the company goals
  • Provide constructive feedback on sales strategies in the shop of his/her responsibilities
  • Build and maintain long-term relationship with customers and distributors
  • Responsible to team build and assist in training the team to acquire the skills and competency levels required in the job
  • Prepare and control the store’s budget to achieve cost efficiency
  • Organise and oversee in-store promotional events and displays
  • Analyze sales reports and make forecast for saleable stocks
  • Keep abreast of market trends to determine the need for improvements in the shop
  • Ensure the shop meets all legal requirements and safety guidelines
  • Allocate manpower to provide support company events where necessary
