Application of advanced ML/AI modeling and analytics is expected to increase forecast accuracy, reduce bias and in turn increase product availability.
These actions will support our mission to provide the right product in the right place, at the right time.

As a new team member, you will gain experience with the Global Demand Planning CoE, New & Existing Product Forecasting and key initiatives.
Also, you will gain experience with use of advanced analytics, enhancing our demand planning models.

This includes shifting from a country level demand forecast down to the local level, looking at the closest point of sale, and includes scenario planning and what-if analysis.
In addition, you will eventually help support the implementation of new Demand Planning modeling software, from proof of concept to pilot testing.
This will include determining key data inputs to optimize the models and generating analytics to measure KPI changes at the node level.
Over time, as the team grows, you will have opportunities to lead new initiatives, projects, and future enhancements.
