What is the purpose of this role?
Junior Graphic Designer, not confined by any medium, able to play in DTP print, digital, video, social media, helping to bring Amway’s brands to life with on-brand dynamic visual solutions across digital and traditional disciplines. Part of the creative studio team that designs, creates and executes across different initiatives and projects.
What you’ll do:
- Design and produce visual, audio, video materials and media for events, publications, campaigns online and offline, web communications and every other creative related.
- Establish and implement design and format standards and processes to produce consistent and high-quality results, from concept to delivery.
- Ensure Amway's brand identity is aligned and cohesive across all ABO (Amway Business Owners), customer and employee touchpoints and is in alignment to the overall brand standards, leverage global assets and localise as and where possible.
- Collaborate with cross-functional and cross-border teams of creative director, copywriter, communications project leaders and content planners.
- Ensure plans are executed on brief, on time, on budget, and deliver to brand and quality standards and meet communications objectives and are aligned with all internal stakeholders.

What you’ll need:
- Degree in Graphic Design or related field
- 3+ years of experience as a graphic designer (proven by excellent portfolio)
- Strong knowledge of Adobe Suite software (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
- Knowledge of the basics of video editing and motion design (working in Premiere Pro and After Effects)
- Proficiency in the English language at the level necessary for working in an international environment (at least B2/C1)
- Ability to adhere to strict deadlines.
- Demonstrating multitasking skills.
- Willingness to learn new techniques and upgrade skills.
- Good time management and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of graphic design fundamentals, good practices and rules in typography, layout composition, color palettes, etc.
Nice to have:
- Abilities of designing and prototyping in Figma or Adobe Suite software.
- Experience in UX/UI design.
