Software Developer


As a Software Developer for enterprise Customer Care team, the incumbent will get the opportunity to be a part of the enterprise Customer Care product delivery team in Amway IT Services (AITS) and be a Technical contributor for product delivery team in AITS. The incumbent will collaborate closely within product delivery team in AITS (teamwork) and collaborate closely with product owner team in Amway HQ, Michigan USA (teamwork)


1. Responsible for sprint deliverables

  • Priority focus sprint deliverables (Sprint priority)
  • Customer focus/ oriented sprint deliverables (Usability, performance and reliability)
  • Solution development
  • Enhancement
  • Change Request (CR)
  • Bug fixes
  • Others

2. Responsible to support market deployment
3. Supports cross-functional clients & multiple business disciplines
4. Manages simple to moderate complexity programs
5. To be involved in any other tasks as and when assigned by Reporting Manager.


Preferred Knowledge and Skill:


1. Experience with global authentication system

  • Cloud base global authentication system
  • Development experience on both User Interface & backend services
  • Oauth2, SAML, OIDC

2. Experience with test automation development

  • Develop scripts to run and test against global authentication system
  • Webdriver IO, Selenium, Cucumber.

3. Experience or exposure with AWS


4. Experience or exposure with JavaScript & Angular

  • Angular 9, Redux library

5. Experience or exposure with Zendesk

  • Zendesk development knowledge

6. Preferably full technical proficiency in the theory and practice of area of specialty
