  • Acts as a relationship manager with business partners to ensure that IT plans and strategies are aligned to support the needs of the business
  • Leverages demand and portfolio management processes to maximize value to the business
  • Designs solutions by extracting and defining business requirements, prepares detailed schematics of transaction and business flows, and translates them into solution designs, functional designs and user experience designs
  • Performs configurations and extensions to software in order to meet end user requirements
  • Plans and implements procedures to ensure that the solution satisfies the requirements
  • Manages applications through the lifecycle and ensures that the strategy, risk, and operation of the application remain aligned with business needs 
  • Stays informed of new developments within the business, industry, and technology trends
  • Provides level 3 production support

  • Manages simple to moderate complexity projects
  • Provides direction for project
  • Perform failure analysis , determine the root cause, and/or coordinate with other parties to find solution to fix the problem
  • Handling needs assessments and requirement analysis
  • Collect business needs from business users, solicit IT product and enhancement requirements from end users and convert the requests from both into a workable solution
  • Test software or coordinate a testing environment
  • Work closely with project managers and technical analyst to implement a solution throughout a company.
  • Supports team development by giving others opportunities to practice new skills and capabilities, and provides support. Addresses issues of performance and quality standards across division/department/team and understands in depth what motivates and encourages team members and colleagues.
