STRATEGY DEVELOPMENT (AOP/LRBP)

 

  1. Develop annual Marketing strategic & budgeting in line with business LRBP strategies:
  • Monitor, analyze and evaluate market, consumer behaviors & competitor activity to identify market opportunities
  • Develop & adjust multi- year marketing   strategies and plan to meet  business strong sales growth
  • Develop annual marketing strategies & execution plans

 

PROGRAMS, PROCESSES, SERVICES:

 

  1. Lead brand management operations  & annual brand/marketing strategies effectively:
  • Implement Category/portfolio planning, including discontinuing underperforming brands/products & new product launching
  • Develop right brand positioning/claims
  • Build up & lead to implement marketing programs, programs, experiences, sponsorship or promotions to support Amway products/ brands, including CRM, loyalty programs, sampling and promotions, advertising campaigns, all types of media.
  • Lead to leverage regional, best practice, brand selling/retailing programs, brand experiences and physical presence
  • Support brand awareness and favorability through comprehensive spokesperson, sponsorship and expert speaker initiatives & programs
  • Set & manage product pricing
  • Extensive collaboration with cross-functional areas including Tech Reg, PM, Manufacturing, etc. for new product launch planning & execution

 

  1. Increase profitability & Achieve other financial objectives:
  • Allocate resources and schedule marketing and advertising activities efficiently.
  • Prepare sales forecasts & budgets, monitor costs & budget effectively
  • Adapt plans/ initiatives to improve the sales performance of the power brands
  1. Monitor, analyze, and evaluate product performance and customer feedback  for productive change management to meet Distributors/ Consumers’ need and to bring up the brand image and company reputation
  • Generate new product ideas, identify product/service features to be changed to meet customer needs
  • Liaise with other functional areas of the organization to implement these changes.
  1. Coordinate with advertising & promotion agencies for effective sales campaigns & promotions to the target audience

 

  1. Coordinate with training team for developing & monitoring the training programs/ workshops in order to promote the brand knowledge to distributors effectively

 

 

STAFF MANAGEMENT:

  • Acquire & recruit qualified staff at right position
  • Strengthen staff’s skillful workforce through consistent on the job training programs as well as the appropriate job-related external trainings courses.
  • Manage staff’s performance, motivate and reward effectively & efficiently for staff’s high engagement
  • Build & execute development planning for qualified workforce development & talent pool development for staff retention & meeting business job scopes expanded requirement
  • Maximize resources effectively
