Responsible for Sales AOP that is well-aligned with corporate directions and lead execution plans for sales operations 
 

Sales Strategy and Planning 

  • Develop long-term sales strategies, aligned with global strategies to support and accelerate business growth. 

  • Lead & manage sales strategies & operational action plans to increase sustainable rates of new ABO force, maintain ABO loyalty, & engagement to enhance the sales growth and drive business success, based on the organization goals and business objectives. 

  • Strategize to lead and develop ABO compensation plan, incentive scheme, ensure HAT (Higher Award Tracking), and sales admin processes based on global guidelines and standards. 

 

ABO & Customer Journey 

  • Build & maintain strong partnerships with strategic ABO leaders to position the Amway opportunity as the key to enhance their productivitiy and performance, to reach the strong sales growth objectives. 

  • Ensure & oversee the compliance of Amway Rules of Conduct, Code of Ethics, and any other ABO business guideline, including governmental and regulatory requirements. 

  • Conceptualize, strategize, & ensure the execution of ABO special events, that are related to incentive trips, recognition, and rewards programs, including other business events to deliver exceptional ABO & customers’ experiences. 

  • Conceptualize, develop, and oversee the implementation of strategies for ABO precision support to foster community’s programs and contents. Additionally, lead the ABO change management process to ensure successful execution. 

 

Staff Management & Supervision 

  • Lead the Indonesia Sales Team Department. The position reports to the General Manager of Amway Indonesia and serves as a member of the senior management team. 

  • Within the Organization, the position has primary working relationships with the country General Manager, senior management team, all staff under Sales Department, and any other related functions outside Sales. 

  • Develop goals, objectives and performance expectations at a macro level and hold the leadership team accountable for achieving results. 

  • Provide regular updates on sales strategies & operational action plans to senior leadership, the executive committee as required. 

  • Empower the Sales Team to provide excellent professional services to the Amway and its ABO. 

  • Oversee the sales operational spending and own the budgeting process. 

  • Hire and manage external partners, agencies and/or contract staff as needed. Ensure that estimates, budgets, contract, and scope of work are managed and delivered successfully. 

  • Ensure each team member has yearly SMART objectives and clear roles and responsibilities.  

  • Meet with all team members regularly and provide timely feedback to grow professionally as well as maintain the performance and grow individually. 

  • Strategize & manage staff’s career path planning and talent development through training programs for staff’s retention that is based on business needs
