Description of key duties/functions:
- Support on bonus calculation and payment process to Amway Distributors
- Support on accounts reconciliation and advise journal entries for ledger posting
- Handle related inquiries that raise from customer service team
- Work closely with team members and stakeholders to implement process improvement
- Ensure Service Level Agreement and monthly performance and productivity KPIs are met
- Ensure a high standard of customer service is always maintained.

Qualification, experience and other requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma / Bachelor Degree in Finance / Accountancy or equivalent
- Working experiences with 1 – 2 years in Accounting/Shared Services or fresh graduate
- Good analytical skills & highly dedicated to completing job tasks with accuracy & reliability.
- Experience in using any accounting system. Experience in Oracle software is an added advantage.
- Proficiency in English with good communication and writing skills
- Able to work effectively as a member in multi-functional teams
