Associate Systems Engineer II

Purpose of Role:

The position is responsible for maintaining & supporting works in End User Technology across all markets/regions. 

Principal responsibilities:

• Work in cooperation with business units and other technology divisions & market team to deliver results in the End User Technologies space.
• Provides support to End User Technology resources across markets.
• Coordinates projects with close cooperation of business units and technology departments.
• Contributes to the development and maintenance of global standards for SCCM, Windows, Mobile Device Management, and VMWare VDI.
• Optimize the current global End User facing technologies
• Support strategies and design as part of the global EUT team.
• Coordinate implementations in the respective areas with the vendor
• Maintaining vendor and 3rd party relations
• Coordinate in market physical presence initiatives
• Provide Subject Matter Expert level support to outsourced team members.

Required qualifications:

• Higher Education in Computer Science, or other technology related field preferred and 5 years of experience in Information Technologies

• Minimum of 3-4 years working experience in End User Technology and market support
• Thorough working knowledge of architecture, design and concepts of End User facing Technologies
• Experienced with Microsoft technologies (Windows, SCCM, Group Policy Management, Active Directory, Intune, Office 365 product portfolio)
• Experience with design, deployment, and management of VMWare VDI technologies.
• Working knowledge of managing and support Apple Mac OS computers.
• Familiar with strategies and trends of the listed technologies above
• Willingness for travels

Preferable qualifications:

• Experience with end user technologies, workplace technologies and mobility concepts.
• Knowledgeable in virtualization of desktops and applications
