KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Gathering, validating and documenting business requirements.
  • Translate product strategy into detailed requirements, user stories, prototypes and user experience.
  • Work with Product Manager for grooming, prioritizing backlogs developed through empirical methodologies and practices.
  • Analysing commercial data such as budgets, sales results and forecasts
  • Modelling business processes and identifying opportunities for process improvements.
  • Identifying issues, risks and benefits of existing and proposed solutions and outlining business impacts.
  • Creating functional specifications for solutions.
  • Estimating costs and identifying business savings.
  • Simplifying information and deciphering technical jargon so it is easily understood by the whole team.
  • Implementing and testing of solutions.
  • Lead User Acceptance Testing sessions with Affiliate Users and QA Team.
  • Supporting business transition and helping to establish change
  • Support to define the key objectives and results of the product/experience, ensure the measurements are in place, to liaise across the business to ensure that are achievable and has broad buy-in across the organization.

 

Required Knowledge & Skills and/or Related Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer, Information Technology, or related fields
  • Minimum 5 years of demonstrated delivery of business results, experience working with technology & user experience teams to define, scope, and prioritize product requirements. with 3-5 years of experience translating business strategy into specific product features/experience in an agile software environment

    • Genuine empathy toward customers and commitment to diving into the weeds on their challenges.
    • Comprehensive understanding of the market, users, and roadmap of the product.
    • Proven ability to clearly define a set of requirements that pinpoint business challenges and identify technical and business changes required to address them.
    • Ability to design best experience for ABOs considering multiple different user journeys.

 

Strategic thinking

    • Ability to lead to answers for increasingly large problem and product areas, with corresponding internal thought leadership. Includes: brainstorming, structuring thinking, driving strategy, becoming go to expert.
    • Strong problem-solving ability and dealing with ambiguity.

 

Communication

    • Clear written and oral English language communication to larger and higher stakes audiences. Includes: writing clear emails, communicating clearly in person, writing and providing presentations.

 

Collaboration

    • Ability to successfully facilitate collaboration within and across multiple teams, functions, departments and levels.
    • Ability to develop productive working relationships with both technical and business partners.

 

Technical

    • Strong understanding of technology language and use of applications in business.
    • Ability to use Product Management and partner function (Engineering, Design) tools to partner well across the team. Includes: writing stories, performing analytics, building prototypes, etc.

 

Execution

    • Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills with ability to prioritize multiple/competing tasks and assignments
    • Attention to detail with an ability to meet tight timelines.
    • Understanding of the product lifecycle.
    • Working experience using agile methodologies, industry standards and best practices

 

Soft Skills / Competencies:

  • Good English oral and written communication skills. This includes communications with cross cultural audiences.
  • Result-oriented, self-driven, strong initiative and participative.
  • Good interpersonal skills, able to work independently and as a team.
  • Able to think globally and take a global perspective.
  • Willing to extend working hours during weekdays as this position required to collaborate with teammates based in U.S for project discussions
