What is the purpose of this role?
Responsible for the overall LC Events Experience concept development and implementation, from calendaring and content management to execution.
What you’ll do:
- Ensure the LCEs deployment across the Region, according to strategy and priorities
- Partner with AMs, Sales Operations team and Learning Solutions to guarantee an effective activation and maximize the impact
- Deploy Leaders Community Events content package according to plan and criteria
- Support the Leaders Community Events Lead in setting meaningful KPIs and in facilitating the measurement through internal stakholders
- Support the reporting process to the Leaders Community Activation Manager
- Support Platinum calls both as speakers and providing needed content
- Support the update of the asset menu through an effective feedback process
- Implement Brand Experience for NCAs
- Support the execution of a merchandising strategy to best serve LCE and NCA activation
- Support Leaders Community Events Promo activation in coordination with Commerce Team
- Activate Professional Expert on and off stage according to plan and priorities
- Support the activation of Leaders Community online events
- Deal with Amway Management and Key Amway Leaders when needed to effectively activate LCE
- Work with passion and fuel the Amway culture among the team through examples
- Support the LCE Lead and the LC Activation Manager in infusing the right culture across the organisation
What you’ll need:
- Degree field: Marketing, Communications, Events, Sales or related

Related Experience: 2-5 years
- Strategic thinking and priority setting with a strong communication voice
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal, negotiating and influencing skill
- Requires strong partnering and teaming skills with cross-functional departments
- Excellent Project Management and Pritorisations skills
- Excellent Communication, moderation and presentation skills
- Ability to present at Exec Level
- Fluent English
- Background in Marketing, Communications, Sales, Events
- Can understand complexity, work under pressure and to tight deadlines
- Ideally, deep know-how of Amway and all intricacies of communication and content production in a multi-language markets
- Willingness to travel across the region – minimum 3 times per month
