Tittle : Shop Manager

Location : Malacca



  • Organize store operations and allocate responsibilities to personnel
  • Monitor stock levels and purchases and ensure they stay within budget
  • Deal with complaints from customers or ABOs to maintain the store reputation
  • Plan and oversee in-store promotional events or display
  • Analyze sales and revenue reports and make forecast for saleable stocks
  • Manage, execute and respect the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) with the staff on daily basis
  • Monitor inventories and check procedures applications to avoid stock losses


  • Diploma in any field with 5 years’ experience in Shop/retail industry
  • 3 years in Supervisory position
  • Possess good communication skills
  • Willing to work during weekends (2 days off will be arranged during weekdays)
  • Willing to work in Malacca (Amway Shop)
