Position Title: Brand Category Lead

Job Grade: GG15

 

Job summary:

Develops overall category plan by identifying the opportunities, formulating strategies and implementing programs to achieve sales target, CMAB, and market share objectives within the appropriate P&L commitment. Manages brand-related programs for the seamless, holistic ABO/Customer experience  and brand equity building to strengthen awareness,, activation, buyer growth and community- building activities of ABO and customers.

 

Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Marketing / ABO-Customer Brand Experience

  • Develop strategies and execute programs for the overall ABO brand experience
  • Engagement of ABOs to the Amway Brand Experience through events, activities and campaigns which will support/result to ABO activation, brand loyalty and buyer renewal
  • Coordinates with Experience Manager & Specialist and other bucket heads and teams for conceptualization, execution and/or review of Brand Experience programs.

 

2. Product Marketing

  • Develops brand architecture for product as well as plan out brand life cycle of existing and new products
  • Identifies and evaluates business opportunities for product/brand growth using market research, analysis and competitive market intelligence.
  • Oversees implementation of proper branding execution (image and message) in online and offline materials, activities/events and other programs including sponsorship, press releases/com, ATL and BTL and brand building efforts
  • Manages the assigned budget and effectively utilize resources to gain a positive ROI and CMAB.
  • For new products, coordinates with Research & Development, CMI/Analytics, Forecasting, Supply Chain and procurement teams for formulation and packaging requirements
  • Prepares timelines for pre, launch, follow-up activities of new products

 

 

3. Product Training

  • Participates in exhibits, end-user presentations, and other similar events by presenting the assigned product line/s. Develops presentation scripts and materials and coordinates additional personnel in the presentation or demonstration.
  • Develops and implements product demonstration, training programs, printed materials and other projects. Evaluates the effectiveness of training and recommends improvements.
  • Responds to product-related informational requests from internal and external departments/personnel and serves as the primary contact for customer service issues pertaining to the product line/s.

 

Education

- Bachelors degree major in any business-related courses. 

 

Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Experience:

1. Minimum of 5 years brand management which includes brand/product development/management, launch, inventory management, promotions, pricing and publicity

2. 2-3 years experience in conducting training programs for products or merchandising, sales or business, and public speaking

3. Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills

4. Budget management skills and proficiency

5. Highly organized, creative with strong analytical skills

6. Must be willing to travel

7. extraordinary planning skills with the ability to prioritize and organize work in addition to managing workload for a team to meet deadlines and multiple requests

8. Familiarity and experience with marketing terms and trends

9. Detailed oriented, results driven, proactive, collaborative and a team player

 

Compensation and Benefits:

1. Competitive salary from P25 to midpoint depends on experience and level of competencies.

Work location: Makati City, Philippines

Work schedule: Monday to Friday from 9AM-6PM (superfexi applies to probationary employees while work from home / hybrid work arrangement is given upon regularization)
