Business Conduct Executive III

Purpose: To uphold integrity of the Amway Sales & Marketing Plan and protect the integrity of the Line of Sponsorship of all

Amway Business Owner (ABO) through the Amway Rules of Conduct (ROC).

  • Ensuring the ABO complies with Amway requirements, Direct Selling Act regulatory, and all applicable laws and regulations.
     
  • Define Rules, Standards, Policies, and Guidelines (RSPG) for ABOs and ensure ABOs are in compliance with it.
     
  • Facilitate the resolution of disputes by an ABO and / or between ABOs regarding the application of the RSPG contained in ABO Contract through both informal and formal and informal processes.
     
  • Administer ABOs and non-ABOs complaint investigation and enforcement of RSPG. Ensure all complaints received are reviewed and investigated in accordance to Amway ROC procedures.
     
  • Educate and promote RSPG to the ABOs through various communication channels both online and offline.
     
  • Train and educate ABOs (and corporate employees) on RSPG regarding the interpretation, application, and enforcement of the RSPG.

 

  • Provides reports on a regular basis, and as directed or requested, to keep the BCR Manager & Head of Sales (HOS) informed of the complaints and progress of compliance efforts.

 

Requirements:-

  • Relevant professional qualification i.e. Diploma or Degree in Law/Compliance related study or Degree in Social Science/ Business Studies or any discipline
  • 2-5 years working experience in dealing with Customer complaints; experience in compliance background will be added advantage or 2 years working experience in providing advice & support to ABO through Sales & Marketing Plan consultation.
  • Good command in English in both oral and writing
