Responsibilities:

  • To plan, develop and execute of events in order to assist & support in overall company strategies to achieve company sales target and objectives. (Physical or virtual)
  • Accountable for successful planning, developing and executing of event that including and not limited to product launch, branding event, marketing campaign, leader’s engagement meeting and etc. (Physical or virtual)
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to continuous improvement in event execution that excite and motivate ABOs to achieve desirable target. (Physical or virtual)
  • Accountable for the execution of all assigned projects.
  • To assist with the development and delivery of different scale of events (physical or virtual).
  • To research, develop and deliver new events which reflect and support the objective or strategies of company event.
  • To work with project owner/ brand team or different stake holder to brainstorm idea, concept, direction and outcomes for each event.
  • To brief, further develop and follow up on event proposals/ event development with production house, event company or vendor.
  • To arrange & present event proposals to project owners for selections and approval.
  • To work with relevant department or project owner to deliver and ensure event meets the objectives.
  • To work out the balance and managing both external (event company, vendor) and Internal (colleagues) from the day project started.
  • Execute all logistics requirement in relation to events including timeline management
  • Monitoring of budget control over event expenses, manage event quality and execution.
  • Proper documentation of all event related information.
  • Develop partnership with key contacts in the event industry, supplier, vendor and internal staff.
  • People person that able to work independently but also work with others to drive the success of events.

  • Project basic management skills in managing work, people and good time management skills.
  • Computer literate with good power point skills
  • Able to speak and write in English and Mandarin or Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Able to work under stressful environment.
