Primary Responsibilities

  • Manage the overall operation of a After Sales service with 18-20 staff of Product Pavilion After sales service section. Ensure the operation is efficient and meet related standard.
  • Handle operation related complaints and emergency properly.
  • Maintain sufficient & accurate spare part level in the after sales area for our Amway business owners.
  • Promote & maintain security – After sales facility, stock & personal safety.
  • Ensure summarize of daily Cash Sales Summary (CSS) on time daily and accurately.
  • Gather feedback from ABO/APC and leaders to improve the operation and customer service at after sales service.
  • Maintain good relationship with vendors, security etc.
  • Coach motivate and train staff to maintain good customer service and high technical knowledge all the time.
  • Monitor and maintain the facilities at after sales area are in good condition.
  • To conduct monthly self-audit in the after sales to ensure full compliance at all time.
  • Regular check on cashiering, payment collection, product return & ASMS information input
  • Ensure full compliance with statutory/government bodies & observes rule of law when conducting business May it be
  • licensing/regulatory or safety requirement.
    Requirements: -
  • Degree Any Field 5 years’ experience in Technical & After sales service
  • Must be customer service oriented, articulate & able to interact with people at all levels
  • Analytical & able to write reports and good presentation skill.
  • Knowledge of retail operations & inventory control
