Responsibilities:-

  • To support Procurement of Communication services
  • Archiving of procurement documents
  • Monitor delivery of goods by vendors
  • Liaison with internal stakeholders on goods logistics
  • Reporting of BSM performance and cost
  • Vendor sourcing/management
  • Any had hoc jobs given by the superior

 

Requirements:-

  • Diploma/Degree in Business Administration/Secretarial/ Finance
  • Experience in Microsoft office
