Brand Executive

Role Purpose
  • To Deliver growth by meeting target
  • Monitor and analyze brand performance
  • To propose and implement strategies to achieve brand objective
  • Implement marketing campaigns and activities to support company events
  • Planning, development and direct implementation of brand plans which consist of activities, promotions, events and programs to achieve brand objectives.
  • Assist in managing brand and product development with regional and global management to ensure local needs are optimized.
  • Ensure enforcement of brand standards in all aspects of brand communication and packaging to maintain consistency.
  • Tracking and providing feedback to global management on area of product quality
  • Monitoring and reviewing of brand plans and measures to be on track.
  • Harmonizing marketing activities between Singapore and Malaysia
  • Executing brand/product communication plans to achieve intended message to targeted audience.
  • Develop Business Support Materials (BSM) and retailing tools to support distributors in retailing.
  • Effective management of budget to ensure the company obtains the best value from marketing spending and to ensure brand promotions and projects are within budget.
  • To coordinate with Inventory Planning to ensure stocks level is healthy
  • Ensure brand activities adhere to internal and external legal obligations and social responsibilities.
  • Maintain relationship within department, inter-department, distributors and customers to obtain support from all parties to ensure smooth implementation of brand strategies.
  • Attending and providing support to distributor business needs
  • Responsible for brand presentations to the management team when is required
  • Responsible for brand reports (weekly & monthly report), proposals, post evaluation analysis and ensure all reports are submitted on time
  • Responsible to raise PPIS, LPR, SR and PPF whenever is required and ensure proper filing.
  • External legal obligations and social responsibilities.
