Customer Service Assistant - PJ
Responsibilities: -
- To assist in the daily operational activities of the retail outlet
- To assume the role of sales assistant and cashier
- To handle EPP, ZIPP, voucher purchase
- To answer telephone calls
- Product consultant and explanation
- Product demonstration
- After sales service and advice
- Sale & promote products
- Excellent communication with ABOs and build good rapport.
- Ability to handle difficult situations encountered with ABOs.
- Good customer service attributes & serves the ABOs efficiently.
- Balancing between adhering to company guidelines and ABO's demands.
Education & Experience:
- Minimum SPM with at least 3 years relevant experience. OR Diploma in any field with at least 3 years relevant experience in shop/retail
- Supervise a customer service team.
Skills and Knowledge:
- Product knowledge.
- Have good command of BM & English; Knowledge of Mandarin & other Local dialects will be an added advantage.
