Summary

This is an exciting time to join our Digital team. The team is expanding rapidly and is working toward the modernization of Amway products, applications, and more. The job holder will report directly into the Head of Digital. The job holder will be responsible for managing deployment activities into the assigned market in partnership with Enterprise, Market Business Partners and Market Product Owners.

 

Principal Accountabilities / key activities

  • Supporting ongoing channel operations support web, mobile, physical presence, etc.
  • Managing operations and maintenance of digital owned channels and channels where Digital is the strategic partner
  • Social properties management
  • Social listening actions
  • Executing digital rewiring throughout the organization to increase the Amway’s knowledge, aptitude and curiosity surrounding digital
  • Identifying product issues for appropriate resolutions or escalation as part of ongoing iteration work

Key Qualifications required / Prerequisites

  • Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Computer Science, Digital Technologies, Software Engineering, or any related field
  • At least 6 years of experience working with large and/or complex digital projects, preferably across multiple platforms, and a strong understanding of Human Centered Design and the UX design process.
  • Ability to triage, quantify, and prioritize production issues to ensure timely resolution and minimal business impact.
  • In-depth knowledge of monitoring performance of both on-premises and cloud systems using a variety of dashboards and tools
  • Provide strategic oversight and drive team optimization and individual team member growth
  • Working experience using agile methodologies, industry standards and best practices
  • Strong communication skills to keep Enterprise teams informed of updates, outages, and maintenance windows.
  • Build & maintain strategic relationships with Amway Markets, Corporate, IT, Marketing & Sales leaders.
