Responsibilities:

  • Ensure ABOs enquiries (walk-in, phone and email) on bonus related matters are properly address
  • Ensure related bonus documents/forms are scan for ASSC to process within agree TAT
  • Evaluate ABO AMB for EPP application and facilitate additional EPP request

Qualification/Experience:

  • Diploma Holder with 2 years’ experience in Customer Services
  • Proficient in Mandarin, English & Bahasa Melayu- understand & writing
