Position : Leader Growth Solutions Executive

Location : Petaling Jaya


Primary Responsibilities:

  • Build and manage strong partnership and relationship with field leadership through SAM
  • Motivate, guide and encourage field leaders to build a strong and ethical Amway business through education and counselling on the Amway Sales & Marketing Plan and the Amway Rules of Conduct
  • Provide recommendation on ABO’s qualification, award and reward
  • Ensure efficient & timely resolution of cases. Provide recommendation of corrective action on ABO who violates the Amway Rules of Conduct
  • Partnering and supporting ABO Leader’s field activities through ABO Center Support (ACS) initiatives and programs.
  • Ensure effective planning and implementation of ABO Meetings such as Platinum Forum, Achievers Nights and Diamond Recognition Meeting
  • Monitor, track and analyze key business indices which include Application, Retention and Productivity.
  • Manage Support for platinum special privileges and benefits such as AAEA, Special Occasion.


Education and Experience:

Degree in Social Science/Sales/ Marketing/ Business Administration/Economics or higher Diploma

  • At least 5 years of working experience in handling customers



  • Willing to travel extensively within Malaysia
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, Malay and Mandarin. Proficiency in other language will be added advantage
  • Strong service orientation, relationship building and social skills, able to communicate with people at all levels in an organization.
