MSB System & Application Lead

Primary Responsibilities:

• This role is responsible for overseeing the development, implementation, maintenance, and services of the organization's supply chain systems and applications.
• This role bridges the gaps between business operational needs and technical solutions, ensuring that technology effectively supports organization goals and operation efficiency.
• Manage all hardware and software and service contract procurement, inclusive of label printer, mounted RF, handheld RF, Conveyor, Weight Checker, Pick to Light System, Pick to Cart System, equipment spare parts, hardware and software service maintenance.
• Analyze organization’s current systems and applications, identify areas for improvement, focusing on areas where technology can improve efficiency or address challenges.
• Manage system development and deployment to optimize operation productivity, improve ABO/APC experience.
• Lead the team to perform first level troubleshoot for all system related issues and raise ticket to respective IT team if issue is beyond capability to fix.
• Manage all supply chain system projects, including implementation, testing (SIT & UAT), user training, successful deployment and post hyper care.
• Review system strategy and logic to ensure compliance and correctness in system configuration.

• Responsible for all SOPs and training material with detail system and operation process.
• Plan and drive for business continuity plan to mitigate business risk and reduce downtime.
• Partner with IT Technology Team, Digital Development Team, eCommerce and ABO Experience Team on system design, user requirements, system grooming, system enhancement, system implementation and change management.
• Stay abreast of new technologies and trends to ensure their recommendations and solutions remain relevant and effective.
• Works with IT for new warehouse set up in WMS, EBS Oracle and Hybris.
• Work with various IT teams to ensure all required system integration in place and work smoothly to support market daily operations.
• Support warehouse order fulfilment to ensure zero downtime, resolve issue reported timely and escalate to the correct IT team to work on issues.
• Support Global IT on SIT, UAT, System change/update and market user training.
• Support audit data preparation according to internal/external audit requests.
• Support marketing in UAT on new product launch, promotion, bundling program, ALP program and any other projects.
• Support month end closing activities for EBS.
