What do we need:

The EH&S Analyst is a position is responsible for implementation of policies and procedures to ensure compliance of safety and environmental regulations.  This position will be responsible for EH&S programs and management systems including environmental compliance, safety and industrial hygiene programs.

Required qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience for an EH&S Associate Analyst II
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience for an EH&S Analyst
  • Bachelor’s degree in EH&S or related field or equivalent experience.
  • Understanding of EH&S regulations.

 

Skills to be successful in the role:

  • Ability to work on site, be self-directed, and prioritize multiple tasks and programs.
  • Ability to think analytically and apply regulatory requirements to Amway management systems.
  • Ability to be an innovative and engaging team player, competent in learning technical operations.
  • Strong attention to detail, consistent follow through, and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the corporation with an ability to conduct EH&S training.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office

 

What’s special about this team:

The EH&S Team is a group of 7 hard-working and knowledgeable professionals focused on complying with all state and federal safety and environmental regulations, managing risks and providing support to all Amway operations. Members of this team reside in MI, CA and WA, work closely together and collaborate on all EH&S program. They also work heavily with cross functional partners in Manufacturing, Maintenance, Engineering, Distribution, QA, and I&S to provide support for their EH&S programs. In addition, this Team collaborates with their international partners around the globe to achieve global EH&S excellence.
