What’s special about this team:

The Quincy Plant is responsible for the extraction and concentration of nutrients for our Nutrilite Brand.  The Quincy plant runs 24 hours a day, six days a week. As a Storeroom Attendant, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the Quincy-based Central Storeroom. This position will operate on a 1st Shift basis with typical hours being four 10-hour shifts, Monday – Thursday from 7:00am – 5:00pm.  

 

What’s special about this role:

You will answer questions and assist employees with obtaining Maintenance, Repair, and Operations materials while maintaining inventory levels of tools, materials, parts, and supplies in the assigned areas, prepare orders to replace depleted inventory, process internal requisitions, and accurately assess transactions for viability. As a matter of routine, the attendant will follow up or expedite orders with vendors and communicate the firm delivery dates to internal customers both written and verbally. Responsible for reconciling procurement and accounting issues and updating records to provide accurate and consistent reports on inventory value, turnover, and usage.

 

The majority of work can be spent in these primary areas of responsibility;

  • Ordering stock maintenance repair and operations material request
  • Manage inventory and discrepancy reconciliation
  • Received order material and order follow-up
  • Maintain an adequate inventory of tools and supplies
  • Shipment of returns and repairs

 

Required qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 - 5 years’ experience in inventory management at a manufacturing facility
  • Valid Driver’s License and Hilo License preferred
  • High school diploma with preferred Associate Degree

 

Skills to be successful in the role:

  • Good verbal and written communication, interpretive skills, familiarity with databases and computer logic
  • Knowledge and use of blueprints and P&ID resources to order the correct part
