JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

ANNUAL FINANCIAL GOALS:

  • Actively manage assigned brand/segment/category to achieve/exceed annual sales goals.
  • Actively manage profitability of portfolio through new margin accretive offerings, trading up in product mix and effective cost & budget management.

 

BRAND MANAGEMENT:

  • Develop and execute multi-year brand building strategies and supporting action plans, to include:
  • Develop brand positioning for launches, campaigns, social media strategy.  
  • Identify the growth opportunity based on external trends and internal insight to develop a brand strategy.
  • Work with agency or internal communication team for brand positioning and selling ideas/initiatives.
  • Lead and implement online and offline branding related activities. 
  • Familiar with digital marketing, to build the brand online through websites, apps, social media, video and more.
  • Lead the post-campaign analysis on campaign’s success and evaluation of brand health.
  • Manage brand images and establish positioning in the market/industry to build strong customer relationships.
  • Work with agencies and/or propose scheduling and branding/selling platforms.
  • Where applicable, build marketing strategic partnerships.
  • Responsible for the research, design, development, and execution of a full-funnel social commerce/marketing strategy.
  • Responsible for meeting and exceeding identified quarterly key performance indicators that include but are not limited to social-aided conversions, on-social conversions, specific traffic metrics, and specialized revenue metrics focused on major activations like festivities.
  • Collaborate with Marketing team to ensure brand/product requirements are achieved.
  • Assist in the development of a branded marketing plan, including analyzing the market and the competition to support brand marketing plans/objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams i.e. Innovation & Science (previously known as Tech Reg), Sales & Events, Communications etc. (where applicable extended collaboration with Global teams) to achieve and execute brand building plans creatively.

 

OTHERS:

  • Coordinate with the cross-functional team to drive acquisition, retention and loyalty. It can be in the areas CRM, eCommerce platform, and individual social channels.
  • Work with marketing and communications to ensure that social commerce content matches brand elements like visual design, voice, and tone.
  • Work closely with shops, customer service and attend to ABO/APC enquiries.
  • Ad-hoc projects assignment.

 

CAREER LEVEL

  • Working knowledge and experience of brand/marketing principles and practices.
  • Strong background and understanding of marketing/business and communications theory.
  • Experimental and analytical mindset.
  • An Eye for Design and Photography.
  • Supports projects and/or lead or administers programs.
  • Learning technical proficiency in Amway brand management, business and marketing strategies and knowledge of Amway products.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

 

Sitting for prolonged periods of time, frequently standing, walking distances up to one mile, bending, crouching, kneeling, reaching, occasionally lifting 25 lbs, extensive typing, picking up and holding small objects and otherwise using primarily the fingers rather than the entire hand.  Employee is required to have visual acuity sufficiency to perform activities such as preparing and analyzing data and figures; transcribing notes; viewing a computer terminal and extensive reading.  Employee is required to have hearing sufficiency to understand verbal instruction and answer telephones.  Amway will provide qualified employees with a reasonable accommodation in accordance with applicable law.
